Abstract:
To prepare a permanent wave lotion in which the first agent containing a thioglycolate as an active ingredient is mixed with natural alkali ion water having a pH value of 7.0 to 9.5 and further mixed with a perfume, on the permanent wave treatment of the hair.
In this permanent wave lotion used on the permanent wave treatment of the hair, the first permanent wave agent is mixed with the natural alkali ion water and further with the perfume.
