To solve problems that, in a conventional hair treatment method using heating rollers, hair tip parts with high damage degree are wound around inside the rollers to directly receive the conductive heat of the rollers and consequently develop the damage of the hair, and a hair iron or the heating rollers are brought close to the head of a person having the treatment to make the head of the person having the treatment hot and make her/him uncomfortable.
This permanent-wave treatment method includes a step of rinsing hair applied with reducing agent to be softened and swelled with water and winding the hair toward a suction means side, and a step of blowing hot air to the hair by an air blowing means for supplying the hot air from the outer circumference of the wound hair, at the same time sucking the hot air by the sucking means via the hair, and drying the hair.
