Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permeability sensor capable of accurately detecting a change of permeability of a detection object even with a small and simple configuration, and provide a permeability detection method using the permeability sensor.SOLUTION: The permeability sensor includes: a first coil 1 formed of a plurality of layers whose operations can be changed validly or in-validly; a second coil 2 formed of a plurality of layers whose operations can be changed validly or in-validly; a first oscillation circuit 6 that includes the first coil 1 and oscillates; a second oscillation circuit 7 that includes the second coil 2 and oscillates; a measurement unit 41 for measuring the oscillation frequency of each of the first oscillation circuit 6 and the second oscillation circuit 7; a calculation unit 42 for calculating the difference between the oscillation frequencies measured by the measurement unit 41; and a conversion unit 43 for converting the difference calculated by the calculation unit 42 into permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
