Abstract:
To provide a novel perming device and method providing soft, elastic and favorable permanent wave while suppressing damage of hair by infiltrating liquid chemical components and/or moisture into the hair in a short period of time.
This perming device is provided with a rod incorporating an electric heating means and a hydrous sheet wound around the outer circumference of the rod. This perming method uses the perming device.
