Abstract:
To provide a liquid formulation capable of continuously blocking bitter taste caused by sulfodehydroabietic acid.
The liquid formulation includes a mixture of sodium citrate, crospovidon and liquefied cyclodextrin. It is preferable that the weight ratio of the mixture of sodium citrate, crospovidon and liquefied cyclodextrin, which is an excipient, is 0.2:0.5-0.6:1 based on 1 pt.wt. sulfodehydroabietic acid. It is also preferable that the pH is controlled to be 5.0-5.5.
