The perovskite is expressed by the chemical formula of ABO3-, wherein A=(E1-ωLnω-δ), B=(G1-zJz), is a positive or negative number having about <0.5 absolute value, E is an alkaline earth metal, preferably Sr or Ca; Ln is a lanthanoid, preferably La or Y; G is a transition metal preferably Mn; J is a second transition metal preferably Co; ω satisfies 0.1<ω<0.5, preferably 0.2; δ is a positive or negative number having <0.2 absolute value; z satisfies 0.01<z<0.5 preferably 0.2.
