Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation in perpendicular amplitude on a cathode-ray tube by utilizing a voltage in which a pulse from winding coupled closely with the high voltage winding of a flyback transformer is rectified as a source voltage in a sawtooth wave generation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The pulse from the winding coupled closed with the high voltage winding of the flyback transformer is rectified by a capacitor C2 via a diode D1 when a transistor Q1 is turned OFF, and the voltage is voltage-divided by a resistor R2 and a perpendicular ampltiude control variable resistor R3, and after passing a resistor R1, a charging current is supplied to the capacitor C1. Afterwards, the transistor Q1 is turned ON by applying a vertical synchronizing signal, and the charge of the capacitor C1 is discharged through a resistor R4 and the transistor Q1. And charging on the capacitor C1 is repeated again. In such a way, amplitude control is applied on a sawtooth wave, thereby, the stability of the perpendicular amplitude on the cathode-ray tube can be improved remarkably.
