Abstract:
To provide a permanent current switch that can operate at lower power consumption and at higher speed.SOLUTION: A permanent current switch includes a superconducting wire, a heater, a holding member, a first case, a liquid refrigerant inflow pipe, a valve, a liquid refrigerant outflow pipe, and a check valve. The heater is provided on a part of the superconducting wire. The holding member holds the superconducting wire. The first case is arranged with a first space around the holding member. The liquid refrigerant inflow pipe communicates with the first space. The valve is provided in the liquid refrigerant inflow pipe. The liquid refrigerant outflow pipe communicates with the first space. The check valve is provided in the liquid refrigerant outflow pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
