The work surfaces such as a desk top and a floor are covered with tactile sensation sensing array 1 supplying tactile sensation data to a processor 2. The area on the sensing array is stipulated so as to include a prescribed sensing element of the sensing array 1 and is set so as to function as the input devices such as a keyboard 3 and a mouse. The area can be restipulated for the rearrangement of a specified input device also after the area is stipulated. The area can be restipulated so as to function as different input devices. The array 1 collects data for the analysis purpose of identifying an individual or an object at a prescribed interval. For instance the image of force of the hand print or the foot print of the individual are collected, are analyzed and are compared with the data showing the image of the force for a known individual.
