This personal air-conditioning system 1 is detachably mounted on an outer part of a case exhaust port 12 of a case 11 surrounding a heat source of the personal computer 2 placed on a desk, and comprises: an air-conditioning air supply port 3 communicated with the case exhaust port 12; an air supply fan 4 for supplying the air from the air-conditioning air supply port 3 and distributing exhaust heat from the heat source; a fan driving portion 5 for driving the air supply fan 4; a fan driving control portion 6 for controlling the operation of the fan driving portion 5; an exhaust heat temperature processing device 7 for processing a temperature of exhaust heat from the heat source; and an air-conditioning exhaust port 8 for discharging the supply air the temperature of which is processed by the exhaust heat temperature processing device 7. The fan driving portion 5 is connected with a power source of the personal computer 2, and operated in interlocking with ON/OFF operation of the personal computer 2.
