Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save a space for installation of business machines and to attain the application of a personal computer which can serve as a telephone and a computer terminal, by incorporating both the telephone and personal computer functions into a single housing. CONSTITUTION:A main body part 10 of the housing of a personal computer PC contains a processor part 1, an external storage device 3, a keyboard 2, a display 4 and a telephone 5. Then this PC21 incorporating the telephone 5 can work with operations of the keyboard 2, the display 4, the internal processor 1 and the storage device 3. Then the communication is possible with a subscriber telephone 26 if the PC21 is connected to a telephone circuit network 23 via a private exchange 22. In addition, the data communication is possible between another PC21 connected to the network 23 and a host computer 24 together with the talking with a PC25 containing a telephone.
