Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a personal computer memory card(PCMC) IA card, without using a fixing tool such as a rivet or the like.
CONSTITUTION: Cover members 110 and 210 provided with plural hooks 112 and 232 on both end parts are respectively put in a die, an U-shaped frame member is insertion-molded so as to embed the hooks 112 and 212 of the cover members 110 and 210 in the frame member during injection molding and upper and lower sub assemblies are formed. A circuit board and a combinational electronic circuit are arranged between the upper and lower sub assemblies, the two assemblies are fixed by ultrasonic welding or the like and this PCMCIA card is completed.
