CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with a voice portable (voice outputting device) 1, portable personal computer (operation executing equipment) 2, ten key joy card (operation inputting equipment) 3, and printer (printing and outputting equipment) 4. Then, the portable personal computer 2 is used as a main set so that it can be carried and used outdoors, and the object of operation can be established by 100% only by using the ten key or the joy card (a keyboard operation is not necessary) by the user. Also, age selection 6 patterns (old men and women, middle-aged men and women, and young men and women) are prepared as the language uttered by the voice equipment as a means for making the language close to the voice of the image of the user himself, and the way of speech or usage, and a voice tune suitable to the age is developed. Moreover, not only a daily conversation but also the concrete complaining language of a body at the time of abnormality when immediate attention is needed can be stored and printed when the language is uttered.
