PURPOSE: To display the present position of an unauthorizedly used PHS terminal which is stolen or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A data base 4 is provided with the position information and using state (permission/inhibition) of the PHS terminals 1 as subscriber data. The using state is normally in use enabling state and an exchange 3 executes a usual call processing when call origination from the PHS terminal 1 or the call termination of the PHS terminal 1 is preset. In the case of desiring to stop the use of the PHS terminal 1 due to a robbery or the like, the using state of the data base 4 is set to use inhibition. When the call origination from the PHS terminal 1 set to the use inhibition is present, the exchange 3 recognizes the terminal 1 as a use inhibited terminal from the using state of the data base 4 and interrupts a call origination processing. Further, the exchange 3 reads the position information having the data base and outputs the information of the present position. As a result, the present position of the PHS terminals 1 which is stolen or the like is cleared.
