PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person authentication device which can reduce a right person refusal rate and a wrong person acceptance rate at the same time and can be used for a long time without a break.SOLUTION: The person authentication device includes vein pattern authentication means and facial authentication means, and authenticates a person only when both the vein pattern authentication means and the facial authentication means authenticate the person.
