Abstract:
To improve accuracy of personal identification under a small burden on a user.
A service terminal 111 and a portable terminal 121 transmit position information showing a position of the user to a management server 101. A position time history database 102 stores a history of time information corresponding to the position information received from the terminal in each user. The management server 101 refers to the position time history database 102, decides whether time corresponding to the received position information is proper or not on the basis of continuity of the time information and the position information of the user, and stores the received position time information in the position time history database 102.
