A display device 1 displays a calculation method with a hardly-reversely-operable function to command a mental arithmetic calculation of the registered number from the personal identification number. A user inputs the registered number by a register number inputting device 2. The input registered number is held in a memory means 3. A locker is locked by a key and the registered number by using a locking means 4. When the locker is opened, the personal identification number is input from a personal identification number inputting device 5. The register number is calculated from the input personal identification number by using the function used when calculating the register number by a calculation means 6. The registered number held in the memory means 3 is compared with the calculated result. The lock is unlocked according to the coincidence of compared result in an unlocking means 8.
