PURPOSE: To attain external management of the attendance in the personal information input output system.
CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a private branch of an exchange mainly conducting exchange connection of extension telephone sets, an information processing use computer 300 connecting to the private branch of the exchange 400 and a storage device 310 for information management connecting to the computer 300. Then the private branch of the exchange 400 is provided with a voice guide device 240 sending a voice guide, the computer 300 processes data sent from a line wire telephone set 200 via a public network 320 based on the guide of the voice guide device 240, the computer 300 registers the received data to the storage device 310 based on the processing result and the result is reported to the line wire telephone set 200 from the voice guide device 240.
