Abstract:
PURPOSE:To restrict a user and to automate the management of the user by allowing a decision part to decide the permission/non-permission of transmission in accordance with a identified result of a identification part. CONSTITUTION:In case of a transmission request, the identification part 3 identifies whether personal information is registered or not. When the registeration of the personal information is identified, the decision part 4 permits transmission. When no registeration is identified, the decision part 4 does not permit the transmission.
