PURPOSE: To make it possible to give an excellent identification by face luminescence to personal ornaments by providing a luminous face having the light source of an electroluminescence(EL) element and its driving power source.

CONSTITUTION: In a helmet 1, a belt-state luminous sheet 2 containing an EL element on the outer surface of the helmet 1 is sticked so as to surround the output periphery, and a drive circuit case 5 provided with a drive power source 3 such as a unit battery and a switch 4 are attached to the inner surface side of a top part. And the sheet 2, the source 3, and the case 5 are connected with a lead wire 6 wired on the inner surface side. When the switch 4 is turned into a ON state, the voltage of the source 3 is impressed to the EL element of the sheet 2, and the whole surface of the sheet 2 is radiated. This enables an excellent identification to be displayed even in the case where an outer light source is unexistent at night or a dark place.
