This personnel selection support system for supporting selection of proper personnel from a plurality of personnel candidates based the ordering condition from the orderer comprises a registration part 23 registering personnel candidate information containing the qualification, experience and schedule of each personnel candidate to a storage device 28 in association with identification information of each personnel candidate; an information extraction part 24 extracting, based on the input ordering condition, corresponding information corresponding to the ordering condition from the personnel candidate information registered in the storage device 28 with the identification information of the personnel candidates; and a candidate extraction part 25 extracting personnel candidates for which the corresponding information extracted by the information extraction part 24 satisfies the ordering condition.
