Abstract:
To provide a cutter by which pet bottles are crushed in the vertical long direction thereof to easily separate seals and labels as a preprocess of a process in which PET(polyethylene terephthalate) pieces are shredded to make them flakes and pellets.
A two-axis cutting blade 12 having about 30-50 mm blade width is installed below a feeding hopper 11 whose upper surface is opened, and on a rotating shaft moved to one side above it in parallel to axes of the two-axis cutting blade 12, rotating blades 13 standing in a row in the cruciform in side view are arranged at spaced intervals of about 60-150 mm to make the pet bottles stand in a row in the vertical long direction thereof and cut them.
