To enable a PET bottle of a recyclable material such as polyethylene terephthalate to be fractured under a state having a label, a cap (lid) or a ring, and also, to facilitate the sorted recovery by separating the PET bottle into respective materials.

This PET bottle dividing-separating device is constituted of a vertical cutting circular saw device 31, a lateral cutting circular saw device 32, and a guide pipe 30. In this case, the vertical cutting circular saw device is equipped with a vertical cutting circular saw 31c for cutting a PET bottle. The lateral cutting circular saw device is equipped with a lateral cutting circular saw 32c which is arranged to be at a right angle to the circular saw of the vertical cutting circular saw device. The guide pipe makes the PET bottle pass through, and in a part of the internal space of which the vertical cutting circular saw 31c and the lateral cutting circular saw 32c are arranged. Behind the guide pipe 30, air separator ducts 5 and 6 which feed broken pieces of the fractured container and broken pieces of the cap and the label are arranged.
