Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PGA(pin grid array) module which can achieve high- speed processing without upsizing, increasing in complexity or cost.
SOLUTION: A PGA socket module 1 is provided with a conversion board 2 and sockets 3 arranged on the top of the board 2. The conversion board 2 is provided with a plurality of pins 7 for connection to outside. A socket 3 is provided with a plurality of socket type pins 6 on which insertion/extraction of I/O pins 31 of the PGA24 is possible. The conversion board 2 is a flexible printed wiring board on which there is a part which can be bended.
