To provide a pharmaceutical composition excellent in prevention and/or therapy of diseases such as septicemia, a compound able to be used for the same and a method for producing the same.
The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound expressed by general formula (I) [wherein X and Y express each a group or the like forming the ring A together with carbon atoms of the ring B to which they are bonded; l and m independently express each an integer of 0-3, and l+m is 1-3; R1 expresses an aliphatic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with a group selected from a substitution group and a substitution group ; n expresses an integer of 0-3; R2 expresses H or the like; R3 is a phenyl group or the like which may be substituted with a group selected from a substitution group ; R5 expresses a 1-6C alkyl group or the like, however, when R3 expresses the phenyl group which may be substituted with the group selected from the substitution group , X and Y express each the group forming the ring A together with carbon atoms of the ring B to which they are bonded] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the same as an active ingredient.
