PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition of FGF4 gene amplification tumor in one or more embodiments.SOLUTION: In one aspect, the pharmaceutical composition for improvement of an FGF 4 (fibroblast growth factor 4) gene amplification tumor, progression inhibition, and/or treatment comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of anti-FGF4 antibody, FGF receptor inhibitor, FGF 4 siRNA, and FGF 4 shRNA as an active ingredient.
