PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition in particle form which contains Linaclotide having improved stability.SOLUTION: The subject can be solved by a pharmaceutical composition in particle form in which a core of the invention is coated with (1) a layer which contains a material having a moisture-proof effect, (2) a drug layer containing Linaclotide or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof, and (3) a layer which contains a material having a moisture-proof effect. And the invention relates to a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition in particle form which comprises (1) a process of coating a core with a layer which contains a material having moisture-proof effect, (2) a process of coating the core with a drug layer which contains a Linaclotide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof, and (3) a process of coating the core with a layer which contains a material having moisture-proof effect.
