Abstract:

To provide a pharmaceutical composition which stably contains statins and a thiazolidine-system insulin resistance improver.

The pharmaceutical composition contains the following compositions (A) to (C). (A): A compound having an HMG-CoA reductase inhibiting activity expressed by the following general formula (1) [In the formula, R denotes an organic group, and X denotes -CH₂-CH₂, or -CH=CH-], and one or more kinds selected from the compound and its salt. (B): a thiazolidine-system insulin resistance improver. (C): the pharmaceutical composition containing a basic substance.
