Abstract:
Provided is a pharmaceutical preparation that contains an aqueous composition containing an isoquinoline-6-amino derivative such as netarsudil or verosudil, and is nevertheless stable even at high temperature. This pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by housing, in a transparent container made of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of polyolefin resins and polyester resins, an aqueous composition containing a compound represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, A represents -CH(R4)- or -CH2-CH(R4)- (where R4 represents an optionally substituted C6-C10 aryl group or an optionally substituted 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl group), and in formula (1), a tautomer thereof is also included) or a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.
