Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical preparation that is stable even at high temperature, the preparation being an aqueous composition containing an isoquinoline-6-amino derivative such as netarsudil or verosudil.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical preparation obtained by storing an aqueous composition in a transparent container, the aqueous composition containing the following components (A) and (B): (A) a compound represented by the following general formula (1) (in the general formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group; and A represents -CH(R4)- or -CH2-CH(R4)- (where R4 is an optionally substituted C6-C10 aryl group, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl group) and, further, the formula (1) includes a tautomer, a salt thereof or their solvates and (B) a prostaglandin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
