Abstract:
To obtain a pharmaceutical preparation satisfactorily dissolving tranilast or it's pharmacologically permissible salt having useful pharmacologic actions and including in a stable dissolved state.
This pharmaceutical prepapration dissolves the tranilast or it's pharmacologically permissible salt in an aqueous solution of alkanol amine, and applied to an eye lotion, a nose drop, an injection, an emulsifier, an ointment and a liquid for external use. The invention includes a homogeneously dissolving method for the tranilast or it's pharmacologically permissible salt to the pharmaceutical preparation.
