Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a phase adjusting time of a cam and further to stabilize holding force of the cam.
SOLUTION: A cam fixing shaft 21 having a clamp 22 in one end part is supported advancing/retreating to/from a frame 2 freely, also to support a pressure unit 40 slidably further swivelably on this cam fixing shaft 21. A spring member is interposed between this pressure unit 40 and another end part of the cam fixing shaft 21, to provide a roller 30 in a swivel end of the pressure unit 40. An actuator 32, swiveling the pressure unit 40 to place the roller 30 in a position a little beyond the dead point, is provided.
