Abstract:
To provide a method that suppresses increase of a computer memory in performing Fourier series expansion of an intensity transport equation to calculate a phase of propagation light.SOLUTION: A phase calculation apparatus changes a propagation distance to obtain a plurality of kinds of intensity of propagation light, performs Fourier series expansion of an intensity transport equation after calculating the intensity transport equation from information of the plurality of kinds of intensity and a propagation distance, obtains a spatial frequency component of a phase only in a particular range when the spatial frequency component of the phase of propagation light is obtained, and thus performs inverse Fourier transformation of the spatial frequency component of the obtained phase to calculate the phase of the propagation light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
