PURPOSE: To output control signal of the same pulse width independently of a lead phase of any clock signal so long as the phase difference between two clock signals is the same.

CONSTITUTION: N-channel MOS TRs 2, 3 are connected in parallel with N- channel MOS TRs 65, 66, and gates of the TRs 65, 3 and 66, 2 are connected respectively in common and the size of the TRs 65, 2 and 66, 3 is made respectively equal to each other. A time when an output node 55 reaches an L level after the state of the TRs 66, 2 changes to a conductive state and a time when the output node 55 goes to an L level after the state of the TRs 65, 3 changes to a conductive state are identical to each other.
