PURPOSE: To prevent mixed fine powder from piling up and to makes moving rate of solid particles uniform by arranging umbrella-shaped baffle plates constituted of inverse V-shaped baffle plates and vertical baffle plates, and sleeve plates set at both ends of inverse V-shaped baffle plates in the lower part of packed zone packed with solid particles which flow down.
