Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase control unit for a digital VFO which can hold the phase relation between input data and output WINDOW pulses optimum without being affected by a peak shift nor unexpected phase shift.
SOLUTION: The phase of an output signal is controlled by selecting a 1st correction value for correcting the phase by detecting the phase difference between input data and an output signal or a 2nd correction value which is predetermined according to the result of comparison showing whether or not the phase difference is within a specific range.
