PURPOSE: To attain generating of a dynamic phase focusing time delay by arranging a means for counting a control clock signal according to an initial angle of steering and a logic means for generating a fine time delay adjusting signal.
CONSTITUTION: An analog signal received by each channel is applied to an analog input 16a of an A/D converter 16 and as each conversion is made in response to the reception of an S strobe signal at a conversion control input 16c, a double bit digital signal is generated at an output port 16b. A word from the output 16b is supplied to an input 17a of a demodulator 17 and a data is demodulated 17 to a base band to generate a quadrature signal in a pair with an output port 17b responding to a clock pulse CLK to an input 17c. I, Q base band data word of the same phase subjected to a filter is individually supplied to an input 18a of a rotation means 18. The means 18 performs a fine phase rotation of two signals to output word I' and Q' according to fine rotation information Δ to be supplied to an input 18c of a rotor.
