Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent foreign matter from entering the inside of a plug socket body regardless of the opesning and closing of a cover plate, and prevent load from directly acting upon the plug socket body in the condition that the cover plate is shut, and prevent a projection on a floor from being in the condition that the cover plate is opened.
CONSTITUTION: Vertical sliding grooves 14a are formed in the inside periphery of the accessory body 10, and shaft pins 24a projected on both sides of one end of a cover plate 24 are inserted in the slide grooves 14a. The top of a plug socket body 50 is exposed from the opening window 22a of a decorative plate 22. The cover plate 24 covers the opening window 22a, in the shape of being placed in the cover plate storage recess 22 made around the opening window 22a. Moreover, the cover plate 24, when the opening window 22a is opened, is stored in the accessory body 10 along the side grooves. The plug socket body 50 has a door within, which is energized in the shutting direction, inside the plug blade insertion ports 54a and 54b.
