Abstract:
To provide a phase shift circuit, a phase shift device, an antenna device, and an array antenna that can widen the control range of the directivity of the array antenna.SOLUTION: A phase shift circuit according to an embodiment includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a first capacitor element, a second capacitor element, a first transmission line, a second transmission line, and a switching element. The first capacitor element and the second capacitor element change the capacitance according to first and second control signals from the outside. The length of the first transmission line for a signal input or output in an alternating manner to the first terminal and the outside is 1/4 of the wavelength. The second transmission line gives an inductive impedance to this signal. The switch element cuts off or short-circuits the second terminal and the ground according to a third control signal from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
