Each capacitance adjusting part 4 is respectively arranged along each antenna line 3. It is composed of a plurality of capacitance variable micro machine capacitors 10 having a movable electrode 11 in which the fixed end 12 is connected with the ground 8 and the free end 13 is arranged to oppose to the antenna line 3, which is oppositely arranged so as to execute capacitance connection by making the antenna line 3 as an opposing electrode, and at the same time which varies the connection capacitance by being driven in the directions of contacting and separating.
