Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a phase synchronizing circuit capable of improving format efficiency by shortening the time till entering within the absolute of the error of stationary operation fluctuating due to the difference in the changing width of the frequency of an input signal.
CONSTITUTION: First of all, a resistors group 4c whose damping is set from several times of 0.7 to ten and several times at a normal operation time is selected by turning off a switch 4d and turning on the switch 4e. After a prescribed interval lapses, the resistors group 4b whose damping becomes about 0.7 at a normal operation time is selected by turning on the switch 4d and turning off the 4e.
