The phasor measuring device in the present embodiment is equipped with: analog/digital converting means for sampling an AC waveform in a constant cycle, and for converting the AC waveform into a digital signal; means for generating a virtual vector by using the digital signal converted from the sampling data by the analog/digital converting means; and phasor calculating means for, by using the actual sampling data and the virtual vector data, carrying out a Fourier operation to measure the effective value of the current.
