PURPOSE: To provide superior accuracy injection molding properties, that is superior molding accuracy and light-weight properties of a molded product and upgrade heat stability, curable and molding cycle by kneading a blending agent mixture, and then heat processing under the constant temperature within specified range and adjusting mono-hole flow at the specified rate.
CONSTITUTION: For the purpose of preparing a phenol resin molding material for desired injection molding, a mixture composed of phenol resin and a filler, and if necessary, desired quantities of other molding material components is kneaded, and then heat processed under the constant temperature within the range of 60-110°C and the mono-hole flow is adjusted in the range of 20-40g. Then, the mixture is crushed and the subject material is prepared.
