Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject inhibitor having excellent therapeutic effects and useful for anti-inflammatory agents, anti-pancreatitic agents, etc., by including a specific diaminobenzene derivative (salt).

CONSTITUTION: The objective inhibitor contains a diaminobenzene derivative (salt) expressed by the formula [X is CW1R1, COCOR2, CW1NHCOR2, SO2R1, etc.; Y is H, (substituted)alkyl, CW3R6 substituted)alkyl, CW3R6, COCOR7, etc.; R1 is (substituted)chain hydrocarbon, (substituted)monocyclic hydrocarbon, etc.; R2 is (substituted)alkyl, (substituted)alkoxy group, (substituted)phenyl, etc.; R6 is R1; R7 is R2; W1 and W3 are O or S; Z is trifluoromethyl, halogen, alkoxy or alkoxycarbonyl; (n) is l-4], e.g. N-(2methylsulfonylamino-5- trifluoromethylphenyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide. Furthermore, the dose of this inhibitor is preferably 0.05-5 g/adult.
