Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A phospholipid derivative of formulaI[R1 is alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio; R2 is lower alkyl, aryl-lower-alkyl; n is 0, 1; A is lower alkylene; R3 is pyridinio, formula II (R5, R6, R7 are H, lower alkyl); R4 is H, lower alkyl] and its salt.
EXAMPLE: Racemic-1- O -dodecyl-2-O-methoxycarbonyl-gylcerol-3-phosphorylcholine.
USE: Hypotensor.
PREPARATION: For example, a novel compound of formula III (X1 is acid residue) or its salt is made to react with a compound of R3a (R3a is pyridine, formula II) or its salt to give the compound of formulaIor its salt. The reaction of a compound of formula IV with another compound of X2-COOR2 (X2 is acid residue) also gives the compound of formulaI.
