Abstract:
To provide a compound capable of being used as a bone targeting drug transport carrier capable of relatively easily carrying various drugs and transporting the same to bone, and low in toxicity to living matter.SOLUTION: The phosphoric diester-phosphotriester copolymer contains (a) a unit of phosphoric diester or a salt thereof, and (b) a unit of phosphotriester having a pendant group containing an ethynylene group (-C≡C-). Such phosphoric diester-phosphotriester copolymer can be used as a bone targeting drug transport carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
