Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide phosphors having excellent color reproduction and less luminance reduction due to heat.SOLUTION: Embodiments provide a phosphor including: a silicate-based first phosphor emitting light in a yellow wavelength region; a nitride-based second phosphor emitting light in a green wavelength region; and a nitride-based third phosphor emitting light in a red wavelength region. A full width at half maximum of the spectrum of mixed light emitted by the first to third phosphors as the phosphors are excited by light having a blue wavelength is 110 nm or more.
