Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful as a phosphorylating reagent or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I [R1 is formula II (R5 to R7 are each H or methyl; R8 is cyano, phenyl or the like) or the like; R2 is R1, a lower alkyl or the like; R3 and R4 are each a 1-8C alkyl, 5-12C cycloalkyl, benzyl, phenyl or the like], e.g. phosphorous methylester-[(p-nitrophenyl)-ethylester]- diisopropylamide, is obtained by reacting phosphorus trichloride with a R1-OH, R2-OH and H-NR3R4.
