Title:
ホスホリルコリン基含有共重合体、および生体用医療基材
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7158993
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To develop a phosphorylcholine matrix having excellent biocompatibility as a novel blood compatibility coating material for a hollow fiber membrane for dialysis used in blood purification therapy in critical care or a medical substrate for living body which could contact a biological tissue, or the like, and acrylonitrile-based blood compatible copolymer which has excellent adsorbing and removing performance of cytokine and excellent coating performance, and a medical substrate for living body using the copolymer.SOLUTION: A phosphorylcholine group-containing copolymer that is formed by copolymerizing (a) phosphorylcholine group-containing vinyl-based monomer and (b) acrylonitrile-based monomer, and a medical substrate for living body using the copolymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
