Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving element having an equivalent sensitivity for light of two wavelengths, and exhibiting high sensitivity for both wavelengths of the light of two wavelengths.SOLUTION: The light-receiving element according to the present invention receiving light of a first wavelength and a second wavelength includes a substrate having a first principal surface, a second principal surface facing the first principal surface, and a through hole, a multiple reflection layer formed so as to have the immediately above portion of the through hole on the second principal surface, and reflecting the light of the first wavelength and the light of the second wavelength by an equivalent reflectance, an absorption layer formed on the multiple reflection layer and generating a carrier by absorbing the light of the first wavelength and the second wavelength, and a non-reflection layer formed on the absorption layer so that the reflectance is lowest for the light having a wavelength of the middle of the first and second wavelengths.
